Skills desired for our Medical Assistants:

Patient registration/EMR.
Insurance verification.
Familiar with simple computer tasks and Microsoft.
Vitals.
EKG.
Proficient in venipuncture and injections.
Collecting urine specimens and preparing for LAB send-outs.
In office testing including FLU, strep and pregnancy testing.
Prepare for suturing.
Sterilization, etc.
Knowledge of clinical procedures, medical anatomy, and physiology.

Job Type: Full-time
Salary: $17.00 - $21.00 per hour
Expected hours: 32 – 40 per week
